Private jet expeditions

TCS World Travel private jet trips, booked through Susan's Travel Services

52 lie-flat seats. One private jet. 25 days around the world, and you never change planes once.

That's the TCS World Travel Around the World trip. After 31 years as a travel advisor, I think it's one of the most incredible ways to see the world... and I don't think many people know it exists.

So I'm telling you about it. I'm Susan Green, owner of Susan's Travel Services in Phoenix and Scottsdale. We're an independent, Virtuoso-affiliated agency, and we book TCS trips for clients all over the country.

So what is TCS World Travel?

TCS has been running private jet expeditions since 1991. In 2026, Travel + Leisure readers named them the #1 Tour Operator in the World's Best Awards, their ninth year on that list.

Here's how it works. You fly on TCS's own Airbus A321neo-LR, set up with only 52 flatbed seats in Italian leather. An 18-person flight crew and expedition team travels with you, plus a chef, a photographer, on-trip experts and an ER-trained physician.

It's all-inclusive, down to every single tip. Hotels, meals, drinks, activities, guides, ground transportation. On the ground, activities split into small groups of 6 to 12, so you're never touring Angkor Wat with 51 other people.

The trips I'd tell you about first

Around the World by private jet

11 destinations in 25 days, starting and ending in Miami: Machu Picchu, Easter Island, Tahiti, the Great Barrier Reef, Angkor Wat, the Taj Mahal, the Maasai Mara, Luxor, Cairo and Marrakech.

The next departure leaves November 28, 2026, and there are 2027 departures in February, October and November.

I love Kenya. I've stayed in the Mara at Mahali Mzuri, and my honest take is that Kenya is basically ONLY safari. So 3 nights there, between the Taj Mahal and the pyramids, is close to perfect. TCS puts you at Angama Mara, up on the escarpment, during November's dry season.

Tahiti is a short stop: 1 night in Papeete. Tahiti is one of my specialist destinations, so if that night gets under your skin, I'll send you back for a real week in the islands.

Golf Around the World by private jet

20 days, May 28 to June 16, 2027, built with Kalos Golf. Seattle, Tokyo, Chiang Mai, Kathmandu, Almaty, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Washington, D.C.

Golf in Kathmandu. Golf in Kazakhstan. We live in golf country here in Scottsdale, and if you're the couple who plans vacations around tee times, this is your trip.

Africa by private jet

TCS has a new Iconic Africa expedition in 2027. There's also The World's Great Deserts (December 1 to 22, 2027), which flies to Iceland, Morocco, Tunisia, Namibia, Cape Town, Antarctica, Rio, Chile's Atacama Desert and Peru.

Africa is where I've spent the most time: South Africa twice, plus Botswana, Zambia and Kenya. I always say South Africa has Europe with Cape Town. And Antarctica is next on my own list. I'm sailing there on Seabourn Pursuit, so ask me about it when I get back.

Want your own dates and your own route? TCS also does Private Custom Travel, by private jet or commercial, planned around you.

The part that got my attention

Long flights are the #1 thing that scares my clients away from Africa and expedition trips. How many connections? How long is that layover? Will my bag make it?

So I spend a lot of my time fixing travel days. Finding the more direct routing. Booking VIP airport service and lounges. Watching flights in real time so I'm already working on plan B if something goes sideways.

On TCS, the jet is yours for the whole trip. Same seat, same crew. They pre-fill your customs forms and you sign. Most of the time, your bag is in your hotel room before you've finished checking in.

You still have to get to Miami, though. That's my job.

The honest stuff

Rooms matter. I say it all the time. Most of the TCS hotels are the real deal, like The Oberoi Amarvilas looking right at the Taj Mahal and La Mamounia in Marrakech. A few stops use what TCS calls Explorer hotels, picked for location over luxury. The Hilton in Papeete is one. Know that going in.

It moves fast. 1 to 3 nights per stop, some early mornings, stairs up to the jet at airports without jetways, and walks of up to a mile on uneven ground. TCS can't accommodate wheelchairs or walkers.

The minimum age is 12. Multi-gen is our jam, so if you're thinking about bringing teenagers or grandkids, let's talk about which departure fits.

Why book TCS through Susan's Travel Services

I'll be straight with you: I haven't flown on the TCS jet myself yet. I've talked through these trips with their team and gone through the itineraries stop by stop. And a lot of the ground they cover, I've stood on.

We work for you. I'll help you pick the right departure, get you to Miami rested (from Sky Harbor or wherever you're flying from), and walk you through travel insurance before you put down a deposit. Then we take care of you ON the trip and when you get back.

Why insurance? A few years back, my clients Barbara and Michael were in Tahiti when Barbara BROKE HER BACK. I got on the phone with our partners, found Michael a hotel while she was in surgery, and got them both home in lie-flat seats once she was cleared. Travel insurance paid them back in full.

That's what you're hiring us for: our expertise and our care. The trip is amazing, but it's secondary.
